The director of this clinic was dismissive, disrespectful, and childish. She had no interest at all in in what I wanted or what was in my best interest medically. The organization’s owners conceded that she behaved inappropriately but she faced no meaningful consequences for her actions. These were the most unprofessional and irresponsible healthcare providers I have ever encountered. Their mission was anything but my recovery.
