Decided to prioritize a procedure other than the one I had explicitly gone there fore (mentioned 3 separate times). This was a year ago, this year I call back to give them another chance and they tried to pull the exact same BS as then. NOT OKAY. The doctor is great but the receptionist staff is TERRIBLE. Had the balls to guilt trip me about my own eyesight so they could charge me for a procedure that is IRRELEVANT.
