Both associate and sales manager didn't know their store policies and returned a gift given to ME back to my mother-in-laws card (which I explicitly said I didn't want to do as I didn't want to hurt my MILs feelings by exchanging her gift). Once corporate fixed their mistake and cancelled the transaction, the store manager was very rude throughout the entire return.
This store needs to be re-trained in costumer service, and learn their own store policies (if they has known them in the first place, the entire situation could have been avoided).
I will never shop at this location again, and I suggest anyone looking to avoid snobby staff does the same.
