Fireplace Gallery

Purchased a pellet stove and of course 2 yrs and 1 month it broke, no fault of fire place Gallery. I called talked to the owner 3x told him I was going in for surgery as ND needed to get it fixed. Yea yea ok will be out in a few weeks. StI'll waiting. 6 months later. I had someone help me take sides off and on 2nd attempt replaced correct part.. I will never do business with this company. Thanks for your help. Ps no one will service a stove they did not sell. Should be zero stars.
