I've been coming to this location for over 11 years, I used ( in the past, not anymore) to get a real complete courtesy check during the 3-months-window period prior my inspection stickers expires everytime I come for any scheduled maintenance. It used to be a win/win for both me and the store, the employee would do an unofficial complete inspection during an oil change and would tell me the estimate, if the car needed nothing I would know the charge prior to ordering the inspection. But now they don't want to to even look unless I ask for inspection which I have to pay for (pass or fail).
