Frank's Place Simpson Pa

I hope the downward spiral in the quality and service over the last year halts. I have dealt with unfresh seafood, extremely slow service, and most recently, a delivery order that was so completely wrong that they had to redeliver. Once this was my favorite place to eat but, now it's doubtful that I will never patronize this establishment again.
