Disappointing experience. Very very poor sales and customer service. Felt very insulted. So my family and I drive an hour to the dealership and called in advance to let the dealer know we were going and what vehicle we wanted to look at. Salesman was very poor and unprofessional. They didn't even try to clean up the vehicle to show us. Salesman seemed to just be in a rush to leave and didn't even want to entertain any offers. It's really a shame since we came there with $30 k in cash looking to buy a used vehicle and interested in trading in another vehicle for a brand new one. But with the total disregard we were treated with I would never buy or send anyone there.
