Signed up for some loyalty program, started charging my credit card $12 a month. Nobody mentioned anything about a $140 annual fee for this. I was able to get it refunded after about 30 minutes on the phone with 3 people. I've never had an experience like this with a company before, really stunned at the kind of con they are running.
