Usually the staff there is very good BUT the one guy(Gerard) with really long shaggy hair and a 1/2 ass mustache, looks like a total stoner. That guy is as USELESS as it gets, he can barely use the register/computer.Everytime i come to this gamestop and he rings me up he has to ask someone how to open the register. This guy is as incompetent as it gets, just a total waste of a person.
