This company requested road service. We went to the location that they specified at the us customs. We specifically asked them if their driver was on the US side of the border four times,as it is illegal for us to work on vehicles in Canada. We went there and searched all the US Customs parking lots, only to find out they were on the Canadian side.We called several times requesting payment for our time and fuel. Their response was rude and repeatedly got put off or hung up on. We feel this company is not being righteous.
