This Getgo is clean and conveniently located, and I use it once every month or two. I stopped in this morning, Monday 5/18/09 about 9:15 am, for gas and a coffee. I wanted to clean my windshield as my tank filled, but the washer station by my pump had no cleaning solution in it. I went to the next pump over, and there was no cleaning solution in it either. I had to go to 5 pumps before I finally found one with solution, but it was such a small puddle that I was unable to submerge the sponge portion of the squeegee which is only about 1/2" high. After filling my tank, I went inside for coffee. There were 6 thermos pumps out and all of them were empty, empty as in nothing came out but sputters. I noticed that there were 2 thermos behind and on a higher shelf, and I was able to get coffee from them, but it wasn't the flavor I wanted and since I am not especially tall it was not easy to reach. FYI: It was not a particularly busy time for the store, so that couldn't be used as an excuse. I have been to this Getgo when every pump is filled and people are waiting in line. This morning, only half the pumps were in use with no lines. Also, there were two employees behind the counter and they were standing there chatting. The one who waited on my was polite, but it did make me wonder why one of them wasn't working on the coffee, after all it was a Monday morning - traditionally a big coffee drinking time. I will certainly go back, but there is room for improvement in employee effort.
