The office staff and Alex were incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly went "above and beyond" to answer questions I had. They were patient, friendly and gave me some good solid advice. I appreciated the brief conversations I had with them. It ended up that I did not need to hire legal counsel for my situation, and I appreciate that they were fair in assessing that (they didn't try to sell me what I didn't need, others might have). But Alex also didn't try to rush me off the phone. Two other firms never even returned my calls. But these guys were willing to invest a few minutes of their time to help me. A+ in my book!
