I purchased an item on 11/30/17 and went into the store today (12/7/17) to make a return. The employee named Britney (sp?) cattily said “I can’t do this, there’s 31 days in November”. I told her there’s actually 30 days in November which would make today the 7th day since my purchase (Goodwill’s return policy is within 7 days of purchase). Without acknowledging her mistake, she then says “well, I count 11/30 so you’re still too late”. She eventually did the return, but was rude throughout the entire transaction.
The selection is quite average compared to the other Goodwills I have been to, but I’ve definitely scored some treasures here at a very reasonable price. They also carry some salvaged items from the Target home section, which I enjoy very much.
