I've used them for car service, car repairs - they have always been very reasonably priced and pleasant to work with.

This is a completely dishonest place. They sold an as-is car by promising an extended warranty. They (Gordon's Auto) took the money, and when there was a problem, they reneged (or have tried to so far) on the warranty contract. This is a not a good place to do business with in any respect.
