Dr. Gottleib is a urologist that will just diagnose you with IC because it seems like it. IC is a really obscure and unknown disease, but diagnosing me with with an incurable disease because it's convenient is disgusting and unheard of. She tried to put me on an antidepressant to numb the pain and pretend it's not there. As it so turned out, I actually had an allergy and it was effecting my gastrointestinal area. I also had systemic candida. Because of this wrong diagnosis, I went on the IC diet and suffered, losing ten pounds (even though I only weighed 120lbs). I can't believe there are doctors like this. You know yourself better than anyone; don't let a doctor pretend to know what's wrong with you.
