Great Clips

Stupid and illiterate people work here:) I used the Great clips Mobile app and did the online check-in. Drove to the shop. I was showing number 1 on the queue on the public screen and there were 2 more people in the queue. The illiterate lady called number 2 and 3 guy for the hair cut. I went to asking why I wasn't called since I was number 1 in the queue. She said that other two people were here before I did and they walked in. But isn't that the whole point of online check in to secure your number in the queue? After my humble effort to help her understand how stupid she was, I left the shop. I hope great clips customer service reads this review. Nothing against the illiterate lady but I think it's a employee training issue. Come on stupid, we live in 21st century and I am amazed that I still have to help people understand the importance of online "check in" LOL... Another issue with this location is that every month I go there I see a completely new group of people. When I ask about others I realize they left in a month. Something creepy here. The customer service was never great here but only reason I went here because it's close to my place. They lost my business forever...
