Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Blandest Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered Sechzuan beef, as hot as possible, and it was not spicy in the slightest. The same goes for the rest of our order. Not just a lack of heat where it should be, but also lacking good flavor. I find it odd this place has such a high rating.
