I lived in Greentree Village for a couple of years and never had any problems. When I moved out, I was a sent a bill for a bunch of charges. The bill specifically states "do not call greentree village" and directs any disputes to the email address they provide. The bill they sent was so unclear that it didn't even show the credit they were applying using my security deposit. There was even a mathematical error on it that they later claim is a charge they did not describe on the bill I received. I sent my dispute to that email address before the due date and received no response. I sent another one after the due date and still received no response. Morgan properties sent my bill to a collection agency and refuses to even acknowledge or contact me directly about the errors/charges that I am disputing! I run a small business and if my accountant sent an invoice to someone riddled with errors and hidden charges, I would fire him! What kind of company hides behind a collection agency instead of communicating with their customers? I have no choice but to take Morgan Properties to small claims court where I am told the judge will likely throw out the entire bill because I followed their protocol and received no response and because they are trying to bully me with a collection agency rather than acknowledge their mistakes. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!
