Haltermans service center for Mitsubishi has to be the worst I've dealt with in years, I brought my car in for service on a Saturday at 8am and was sitting in their waiting room till 2pm until I got tired and asked if the car is almost done....for the service manager to tell me the car JUST got taken in, I then asked for my car because I had plans for later and needed the car. The service manager asked me to bring the car in on Monday and to leave the car because it needed to be looked at thoroughly, so I left the car Monday morning and waited all day for a phone call to inform me that the car was being looked at or if they found a problem. Well Tuesday afternoon comes and no word, so I call them and NOTHING nothing has been done to the car. Never will I take my car to haltermans for service or to buy a car... I dont know about their Toyota service but as for their Mitsubishi service center I would never go back or recommend anyone unless they want to be without a car or answers.
