On the list of CNN's Top 100 Chinese restaurants in the US, this place lives up to the billing. Note, wait staff is SLOW. this place is under staffed. However, the food, the food is outstanding. Back in the day, this place had an English menu and a Chinese only menu. These were NOT identical. They've since changed the menu to have "Americanized" dishes and "traditional" Chinese dishes. The Beef and Tripe appetizer is a good way to start. The Team Smoked Duck is always a winner, as is the Lamb in Dry Pot. You cannot go wrong here.
