These people love to tell you one thing and then do something else. Which is a shame because the guy who did my massages is great and the ladies are nice at the desk but clearly they lack the training needed to actually service their customers. Cancelled my membership and was told my credits wouldn’t expire and then I’m told that I signed the termination form that said I only had 90 days to use my credits which was not what I was verbally told. Obviosuly since I signed it I couldn’t do anything but that’s their customer service for ya. Has happened before where they over charged me which luckily I got a manager to correct it but no luck this time. Over $100 already paid for in credits that I’m told I can’t use anymore because they expired. So I’ll be sure to let all my friends know not to ever go to any Hand and Stone ever. They don’t care about customer service just stealing your money! Use Groupon and find some other local places to support over this stupid chain that doesn’t care about its customers.
