Unfortunately this seems to be the only place near my job where I can get breakfast foods and drinks and not starve for the day. If you want your order right go inside, that's the best bet. Even then the chance of them not completely messing up your order isn't 100% guaranteed. There is absolutely no consistency here. It doesn't matter if it's busy or slow. Some days service is great and they don't mess up, but more often than not they can't even get a simple coffee order right. Most of the issues comes from the drive thru. I don't know if their machine is just so old or crappy that they can't properly hear the order or if the people they have in drive thru are just so miserable that they don't even care about listening to the order. I order an iced coffee they give me hot, I ask for flavor shots in my tea I get nothing. I've worked fast food, I even worked for a Dunkin. It's not that hard if you just do the job and pay attention.
Your order will never be correct. Mostly, the service will be rude (if anyone serves you at all), and I have had the servers downright argue with me that they gave me the right product even when it was visually obvious they had not. Once I purchased a bagel that was somehow, miraculously, simultaneously burnt, stale, and cold. The coffee will be burnt. It will be cold. They will put the wrong flavor in. It will be a sad, horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
