I had Hawn put in a pool at my home a 4 years ago. The 1 year the light in the deep end went out and they came and replaced it. The 2nd year that same light went out again we called and we never got any return calls back. Year 3 of having our pool we again called about the same light a number of times ones again as we did the year before. Also year 3 our thermostat for the heater for the pool went out we called a number of times about that and once again NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK. Around the end of year 3 our filters were very worn and our chlorinated stopped working!!! This is year four So now we need a light still fixed in the deep end of the pool, thermostat replaced, new filters and a chlorinater. WE CALLED AGAIN THIS YEAR 2017 AND STILL NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK!
