I walked around the store looking around for a while. I was asked 3 times if I needed help and declined. I saw a Weber girl that interested me. Jim, the owner, came up to me and we discussed the grill. I told him I wanted this grill. We went to the cash register and he looked at me and said he thought there was a $50.00 gift card from a Weber which was not advertised. He checked and I got a $50.00 gift card. They delivered the grill for me. This transaction was great customer service. You don't get this kind of service at the big stores anymore.
