Two extremely nice gentlemen run this repair shop. Even without having the replacement item on hand the morning they started it (they actually ended up *making* a part for my 15-yr-old vehicle), it was done and looking great again by lunchtime. And they'd even scheduled my repairs within a week of my initial visit to have them look it over. I seriously dreaded the repair bill because of the special fabrication work involved; however, their fee was surprisingly reasonable (especially in light of all that extra labor).
You can't ask for much more than that. As auto repairs go, this was actually a pleasant experience.
I won't hesitate to call them again when I need additional work done.
