I had two bad experiences here. Once I rented from here, and when I picked up the car is was disgusting, smelled like smoke, and barely had any gas in it. I had to buy deodorizers and leave the windows open all night just to try and air it out.
The second time I rented from another local Hertz and asked if I could bring the car back to this location. The woman told me yes, and if they were closed to leave it with the valet. I did that, then got hit with a $50 late fee because they were closed. When I tried to explain this, the same woman who initially told me this would be ok started lying, saying that she never told me that.
Typical Philly bad attitude and laziness all around at this place.
