I see quite a few bad reviews of this place and I do not really understand based on our experiences. We actually DID have issues with the truck we bought but the owner Peter absolutely took care of us and made things right. It was a 17 year old truck things can happen - but before we left the lot the power locks on two doors stopped working. Highline fixed it without hesitation. When we returned 200+ miles to Virginia the truck actually failed inspection which was confusing since it just passed PA inspection. It was just too far to drive back but Peter worked with us and had my local trusted shop do the repairs. I mentioned to Peter that I had to change the cabin filters as well and he offered to send me a check for that too. I have never had a USED car dealer provide service like this. Through all of the ups and downs of the process Peter was professional and genuinely seemed like he cared about us being happy and about how his business would be perceived. Despite having issues with the truck I would absolutely drive 200 miles back here if I was in the market for another used vehicle. It has been just over 30 days since everything was repaired and the truck has been great. James was also extremely friendly, helpful, and diligent in returning our calls as we were coordinating everything. The real test is when bad things happen - what does the business do to make it right? Highline navigated the waters well here and as a result we would absolutely go out of our way to return here.
I drove over an hour to see a car. They knew I was coming. Someone showed us the car. It would not start, the A/C made the most horrific sound and sounded like it was coming through the dash, the rotar light was on and the radio did not work. Not to mention the sales person I was dealing with never came out to say hi and was on the phone the whole time and never even called after we left to follow up!!
