I am the Recruiter for this location. First of all, most of these names are in fact fictitious. They were wrote by someone who was unhappy because I was taking another call and had to wait about a minute for me to respond. I immediately called the person back who chose not to answer their phone but instead began a smear campaign on my name. I guess I should somehow have been able to have the ability by looking at a resume and judging how much someone should be paid instead of taking the time to get to know someone and then discussing salary. I'm also not sure what I could have done better when I immediately called the person back and THEY choose not to answer. So again, I'm not certain how I was trying to be sneaky or a scam. I will NEVER cut someone else off from talking to me to immediately answer another call. There is no call that is more important than another. I will gladly share the emails to anyone who doubts what I'm saying as I have all of them saved. Second, we have nothing to do with anything in Ohio so that is completely fake as well. If you review the company on Angie's List, we have outstanding reviews. We have NEVER used subcontractors so again another lie. I have seen some of the greatest success come out of this company from people who felt they were never appreciated or who had never been given a chance to make a great living. That's what keeps me motivated in my job. Seeing the success of others. This company has supported me and my family. I have seen them do things for employees that no other company would even care enough to do. It allows me to have a flexible schedule and a quality of life. Are we perfect? Absolutely not. But we have a President and Vice President who wants us to succeed and who cares about their people. Unfortunately, certain jobs aren't for everyone. Google any company and you will find bad reviews. If it makes people happy to try and defraud someone's name and post blatant lies, I guess that speaks for the ethics of that person. I welcome anyone to come to our office and visit and talk to the existing employees then form an opinion. I know I certainly would have NEVER stayed here for 3 years if this company was unethical.
