I have purchased deal on Groupon for two kids. I called them to make appointment, I left a message... two weeks later they were still horsing around.. they didn't bother to call me back. She finally responded after I have send her text message. The date was set in May, starting 10am-3pm. I've noticed that on Groupon it says 9am till 4pm. I Politely ask why she's offering different hours? Answer:" Groupon has it listed as summer camp hours." I think it's a lie!! why a Groupon would give incorrect information? And because I asked to many questions.. and she didn't want to deal with me that's what she said:"I'm sorry that the hours listed are incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and I am afraid i will need to cancel your appointment. Groupon will gladly refund you your money." No reason why? Just because I guess. Horrible experience, very unprofessional.
