This was my first time doing my taxes at this location and it was the worst experience thus far. The man who did my taxes had put the wrong social security number on my returns, he would have even put the wrong date of birth if I did not had corrected him. I applied for the refund advance loan, and I was denied for it because he put the wrong social security #. Although he fixed his mistake and put the correct ss#, I have not been able to apply for the refund again with my correct ss#. I have been calling everyday since I did my taxes there, and I've been getting the run around. Everyday I call they tell me either they will call me back or I will hear something about the refund loan within 24-48hrs. It's been exactly a full week and still have not heard a word from them. I would not recommend this location at all, very very careless. All they care about is getting people in and out !!
