Hugh Moore Park & Museum

The park is EXCELLENT for individual's, family's and groups. Large groups to be scheduled with the park contact or the web. The museum has all the exhibits and facts of the times from back in the day. The canal barge ride is very interesting. They explained the history and what it was used for. Say hello to the mules and their tenders, always friendly. On a good day you must walk or ride your bike on the trails. While doing so enjoy some of the historical site's. Check the schedules for special events and operations for what's going on. This park has come along ways. It was worth waiting to see what it has become. I've enjoyed this park for over 40 years.
