The Union crew spend most of their time, lounging around doing nothing, or getting high off of any drug available to them. The box gluing machine on Line 2 has broken down at least 76 times, a week, every week, leading to workers either swamped on the line with large amount of product, unsealed, and unsafe for shipping. The non union crew members are treated unfairly, making less than minimum wage, working themselves harder than anyone else employed by this company. This company takes advantage of hard working individuals who are in the worst of financial sitiations, who are reformed convicts trying to make a living for themselves, using them for cheap labor and giving them scraps. This company is very unprofessional, and is utter scum. I do not recomend. Ever. Under ANY circumstances.
