Needed an emergency oil delivery and had never used them before. I was out of town traveling so only my wife was there and I was very concerned with the old up charge bit. Was not an issue as my wife reported they were the most friendly and efficient team ever to come to our house. Job well done.

The price is lower than most in the area, and a 100ga minimum. That being said, our first experience with this company was ABHORRED. They promised same day delivery, the driver they sent out was so lazy that, despite finding the correct house on time, chose not to make the delivery saying "its too dark". So he then left to make another delivery, also in the dark... calling only after he had left. So we were without oil for an entire night. The next day the same supposed "31 year" veteran oil delivery driver out, he made up another excuse from the end of our driveway and attempted to actually sneak in a knock at the door and sneak off without trying to contact us, luckily we saw him, for all the good that did, this guy said he couldnt drive over our bridge, our solid concrete bridge and yet again, refused to do his job. In the end A full 24 hours later than promised, the service manager came out to deliver the oil we so desperately needed, having absolutely no problems with the bridge or the ambient lighting. Next time, we will choose ANYONE else.
