I have worked with J&A twice . The first time was right after I bought my house and a plumbing issue with high water pressure - it ruined my bathroom shower fixtures- the went above and beyond and I received new fixtures for FREE because previous owner did not register warranty. Another issue with home was needing to have furnace and hot water tank moved so I could get internal french drains- CJ and Marvin did a great job. When the waterproofing company ran into timing issues - Andrea in their scheduling and customer service spoke to my waterproofing company to coordinate scheduling- AGAIN ABOVE AND BEYOND. I highly recommend this company because they do excellent work and have a highly trained staff. And having a highly caring customer service staff makes this a great company to handle my plumbing and Heating and Cooling needs.
