Although the doctors, nurses and staff here are competent, many of the areas are dirty and unkempt. During my last two appointments, there were pulled stitches on the floor of one room and used paper towels on the floor of another. None of this was near a trash can. Yes, the medical care is the most important and it is pretty good compared to other VA facilities. However, walking into a dirty room doesn't instill much confidence in the people providing the care.
