Mr Hess and all of his employees are always very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgable and prepare my taxes in just a small amount of time. It is also very nice and reassuring that Mr Hess takes the time to look over the taxes after his employee prepares them to make sure everything is correct. I always have a pleasant experience there every year. His prices are very affordable and I always enjoy listening to his stories and the old fashioned music he plays. Not to mention the office always has the most pleasant smell of a coffee house and a very comfortable atmosphere. I don't ever feel rushed and do not feel like I am in a corporate type setting.
