Update on the post below. Bill issue resolved. Getting my refund for the extra i paid. The Philadelphia location double billed for the same service, always keep your receipts and scream as loud as you can for any strange billing. Terrible billing!!!!!!!!! Please run!!!!!! If Dr. Gloria E Lopez, 1024 Airy St Norristown, Pa 19401 ever refer you here for any test or x-ray. Ask them for an alternative. If you don't want outrageous billing issues, stay farrrrr from here! Please stay away, they're very terrible and irresponsible. I had an x-ray which i was told will cost $60, I paid on the spot and thought i was done with the transaction. Subsequent weeks, i got bills coming in my mail and the payment i made was not even reflecting in the statement. When i called to clarify this, they were not helpful and told me to go sort it out with their billing department. I called the billing department and they told me the transaction is under review for 30 days. I was like what of the $60 i paid and the check of $47 i sent to you, all payment cleared in my bank? They said they will get back to me. Real Terrible!!!!!!! I regret stepping my feet here.
