Very nice and attentive staff. Polite on the phone and in person. Oil change is first-come -first-served but luckily I did not have to wait. They had options for car maintenance but did not push any extra services onto me. Hot coffee and vending machines in the waiting area. Overall excellent customer service. It was evident that the employees take pride in their work.
