Jim's Steaks

Normally the steaks are great, but after tonight i will not return to this location. My steak was still in whole pieces rather than chopped up, and it had a burnt taste to it. When i called to inform the manager on duty he said sorry next time tell the cook you want the steak choppped up more . The crazy part is every steak I have ordered from here before I never had to say that! In addition he didn’t even offer a replacement or anything! $10 down the toilet after eating to bites ! Go to the Jim’s in West philly, sAve yourself the money.
