We just moved to the area and were searching for a solid dog groomer. When I received my return call back from this groomer...she made it clear in a very unprofessional manner that they have no interest in anyone but their regular clients. She did not straight up say that, but mentioned twice about their regulars. I would never recommend this place because if they can't be professional on the phone to a human, they mostly likely are not being good to animals!
