It should be possible to leave no stars... we hired Joe years ago to do a rewire when we moved into our house. Price was great, if we'd have had complete service. He had a "kid" do all the work, and he appeared to do a thorough job until he claimed it was all done. Joe was there the morning of the first day, and then after the young electrician thought he was done as he came out to assess, and since we already had the check written, we paid him the balance expecting him to come back two more days to finish everything we just reviewed in our walkthrough with him. He wouldn't come back, return calls, and even managed to avoid our constables when we tried to go through the courts to get our money back. We didn't get everything originally scoped, let along what was promised verbally during the walkthrough.
