I went to pick up my boots that they had for 2 weeks and they could not find them. So I sat there for a half hour patiently while watching them look for my boots. Then that's when they took my info and said they will call me when they find them. Well 3 days went by and I never got a call, so I sent my wife. They had my boots and never called me and then charged me $40. No happy!
