Keenan Honda

Went to Keenan to see how the Costco program worked and found it easy to navigate. Connected with Pat who met us at the train in Doylestown and drove us to the dealership. He introduced us to 3 different vehicles and had us test drive each. He was very approachable and very thorough answering questions. At no time during the process, did he pressure us into buying a car. We did, however, decide on a used, low-mileage Honda Civic. His explanations about the car before we drove off were very complete and understandable. To complete the sale, we spoke with Kyle who was also very knowledgeable and clear about each step in closing the deal. The experience with Keenan was super and continued to be later when there was a minor glitch that needed to be addressed.
