There are some very caring nurses, social workers, and aides who work here. Unfortunately it is managed in a most inhumane way that translates to poor care for patients. I literally would not allow my dog to be cared for by Keystone. That's not hyperbole. I mean I really would not let them care for my dog, let alone a parent or spouse.
