Went in to exchange a toy the cashier Pat at the customer service desk was extremely RUDE so was the manager Carla over the phone who never came out to even attempt to help me. She only yelled no through the phone to the cashier Pat. Then after asking for another Manager I was told by Pat that they are on conference calls. How convenient . I will NEVER return to this location or any other KMART ever again.
