If no star was an option I would pick it. Dirty, outdated, understaffed, over priced. What little staff they do have, have no work ethic whatsoever. They act like you are a burden to them, and seem to care more about conversations with one another rather than giving good customer service. Lines are long, computers are slow, and there is usually only one register open, with the cashier being overwhelmed. All while the employees at the service desk stand there and talk. I will never go here again.

Went to customer service to get a price adjustment (product didnt ring up for the sale price. surprise) and purchase 2 items. Brandi rang me up then said she "had to go pee" and that someone else would help me with the price adjustment. Then left but no one came to the desk to do the adjustment. 20 minutes later Brandi comes back and does my price adjustment. Absolutely horrible service I can't believe this is allowed.
