Kranich's Jewelers Altoona

I’ve never experienced better customer service than I do every single time I go to Kranich’s Altoona. We deal with Tim primarily but every associate treats me and my family like first class. I made the mistake of stopping at Your Jewelery Box to have a link removed from my watch and they charged me $15.90 and told me it would be 7-10 days! I got my money and my watch back and headed right to Kranich’s. They fixed my watch in under 3 minutes. I’ll never go to any other jewelry store.

I had won a gift card from commenting, went right in got my card and the lovely staff helped me pick something out right away! I'm so in love with my dancing pendant! Tha k you kranich's in Altoona! I would recommend to anyone!
