I lived here for (too) many years. Many of the obvious great features of the apartments and the complex have been noted (close to gym and train station, grounds are well kept). My biggest issue was with the handyman pounding at the door demanding access and being noisy in the apartment after I gave him access. When he saw that it bothered me, he played a head game for years with me, knocking and pretending not to have knocked. I grew so shell-shocked by it that each noise made me jump. Management was uninterested. So basically the people who ran the place vary from "could care less" to "bored enough to want to make life miserable for a joke".
