I was referred to this business by a friend, who said they were attentive caring people. I found their website and asked several questions when I was inconsolable over my pending loss. I never euthanized a pet, but knew she was critally suffering. Knowing my obligations and inability to honor her remains I sought guidance and advice. In the bereavement business, one should expect prompt responsiveness. Over a week, and they never responded. I don't trust them and would encourage you to do the same. It reminds me of a place that would throw your pet in a trash can and send you cigarette ashes. I rate them a zero. They run Peachtree Cremation. If they don't care about pets, how would they ever care about your loved one. Go elsewhere.
