1 star for the nice sales person but after that forget it....THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE ANYWHERE!!If you have a problem with your furniture u r SIMPLY OUT OF LUCK...no one will do ANYTHING to help you even though they promise to call they never do even if you call and leave messages...it just doesn't happen...they DO NOT follow up with anything!! Our issue has now been going on for weeks and weeks with absolutely no resolution!!! I would NEVER EVER purchase anything from LEVIN again and I would advise Everyone to RUN as fast as you can away from LEVIN!!! MONEY spends everywhere...do yourself a favor and go ELSEWHERE!
Update: Finally, they did take the sectional back and did provide a full refund...but I could not get anywhere with them until I posted this review at which time I received a phone call that very day. Moral to the story...realized social media works more than I could have guessed.
